- Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub, Copilot) toenhance productivity and problem-solving capabilities
- Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals including prompt engineering, model limitations, and bestpractices for human-AI collaboration
- Experience in evaluating AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, and alignment withbusiness requirements
- Ability to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation within existingworkflows and processes

- Hand-on experience with the Java technology stack, Spring Boot ecosystem.
- Basic/intermediate experience with ELK
- Proficient in Docker & Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with Prometheus / Grafana.
- Good knowledge of Linux.
- Knowledge of ITIL.
- Nice to have Atlassian Bamboo / Jenkins / GitLab runners.
- Good understanding of asynchronous systems and message brokers (e.g. Kafka).
- Nice to have cloud ops experience (AWS, GPC, etc).
