Overview

We\'re looking for a DevOps Engineer to strengthen our software development environment by building, maintaining, and continuously improving our CI/CD infrastructure and developer tooling. In this role, you\'ll enable development teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently through automation, reliable build environments, and modern DevOps practices. You will start your journey in one of our client projects.

Tampere, Finland (primarily onsite with occasional hybrid work)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and build automation using Jenkins.
  • Ensure the reliability and performance of development infrastructure and build environments.
  • Administer and develop key DevOps platforms, including Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
  • Improve developer experience by automating build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Integrate security and code quality tools into the software delivery pipeline.
  • Troubleshoot build and infrastructure issues while driving continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with CI/CD and automation, especially Jenkins.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux environments, scripting, and build automation.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Nexus, SonarQube, Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
  • Understanding of software development workflows, version control, and release processes.
  • Knowledge of software security and quality practices is considered an advantage.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for improving developer productivity.
