Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation
• Automate build, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes to improve delivery efficiency and reliability
• Manage containerized platforms using Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or AKS
• Configure and support Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar DevOps toolchains
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance, scalability, and operational readiness
• Implement observability solutions using monitoring, logging, and alerting platforms such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, or Dynatrace
• Lead environment provisioning, release management, deployment validation, and production support activities
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, vulnerability management, and governance standards
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures
• Optimize cloud resource utilization, performance, availability, and operational costs
• Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices across teams
• Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to platform modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related disciplines
• Solid experience with Java, Spring Boot, Maven/Gradle, and microservices-based application architectures
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AKS, and container orchestration
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability using Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, or App Insights
• Experience supporting highly available, scalable, and resilient distributed systems
• Expertise in CI/CD technologies including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages
• Knowledge of networking, security, IAM, SSL certificates, load balancers, firewalls, and enterprise security practices
• Proven ability to troubleshoot application deployment issues across Java, container, and cloud environments
• Proven solid problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure certifications such as:
  • Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
  • Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
  • Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)
• Experience implementing AI-assisted Software Development using GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI-based development tools, or similar platforms
• Experience integrating AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Cognitive Services, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies
• Experience building and deploying Java-based AI-enabled applications using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures
• Knowledge of AI/ML deployment practices, including model deployment, MLOps pipelines, model monitoring, and AI governance
• Understanding of Generative AI architectures, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and prompt engineering concepts
• Knowledge of AI security, responsible AI, and data privacy principles
