Overview
As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will help evolve WTW’s Radar Live SaaS platform within a global engineering team. You will build and extend automated, environment-agnostic cloud platforms, focusing on scalable IaC, platform reliability, and secure, efficient delivery. You’ll work across Dev, Ops, Security and Architecture to balance reliability with speed, using best practices to improve observability and incident response. This role offers a chance to shape a flagship SaaS product at scale, leveraging the latest cloud and automation technologies.

- Maintain and extend OpenTofu/Terraform-based IaC modules
- Create reusable Azure infrastructure templates and automate environment provisioning
- Manage backend state, pipelines, and state-change integrations
- Improve platform reliability, observability, and performance; implement SLOs and auto-remediation
- Develop automation scripts in PowerShell; build/optimize Azure DevOps pipelines
- Integrate automated testing, security scanning, and blue/green/canary rollout strategies
- Collaborate with developers, platform engineers, and security in Agile planning and delivery
- Participate in on-call rotations (as required)
- OpenTofu/Terraform expertise
- AKS cluster operations experience (node pools, autoscaling, ingress, CNI)
- Azure services proficiency (Front Door, API Management, DNS, Key Vault, MSI, Entra ID)
- Monitoring tools (Datadog, Log Analytics, Azure Monitor)
- Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Python
- Azure DevOps: repos, pipelines, artifacts
- Strong debugging/operational/SRE mindset
- DevSecOps architecture and tooling knowledge
- Observability fundamentals
