DevOps Engineer with .NET
Summary
Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for .NET-based financial systems, manage hybrid cloud environments, and ensure 24/7 reliability through on-call rotations.
Join a dynamic and collaborative squad composed of 1 Product Owner, 1 Scrum Master, and 10 developers. We manage several products on-premise, in Private and Public Cloud, mainly including:
- Bespoke C# .Net Libraries delivered as NuGet
- Security token services for Web, API, and Message-based applications
- Service Fabric clusters for hosting mission-critical applications
- Cloud resources, middleware (runtime, hosting), Service Mesh…
Our main stakeholders are Euroclear software developers, system administrators, and solution architects. We focus on integration, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability. We also collaborate with security teams to implement necessary security measures and ensure data protection.
Your Role
As a .Net DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in maintaining and supporting our CI/CD pipelines and environments. You’ll play a key role in client support, quality assurance, and “watch duty” (on‑call rotation), ensuring our systems run smoothly and securely.
This role is ideal for a motivated engineer with at least 5 years of experience who is looking for a stable, impactful position in a forward‑thinking organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment environments.
- Manage YAML pipeline migration efforts for our products, addressing legacy structure issues and debugging deployment failures.
- Provide high-quality support to internal clients and stakeholders.
- Oversees environment setup and validation, troubleshoots deployment errors
- Perform quality assurance and validation of integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and environment‑related issues.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- License and software management for Docker Desktop
- Document technical processes and configurations for team reference.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and data privacy standards.
- Participate watch duty/on‑call rotations to ensure 24/7 system reliability.
- Contribute to the Squad Scrum ceremonies and refinement sessions.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in .Net development and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Git, etc.)
- Experience with cloud and hybrid environments (Azure preferred)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
