The opportunity
At Worldline, delivering an awesome payment experience that our customers love is what we burn for. Our cloud-native acquiring platform is processing billions of card transactions including authorization processing and clearing and settlement for our customers to trust. Currently, we are looking for a skilled platform-focused DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team, where you'll focus on creating scalable, self-service infrastructure solutions that empower our product teams.
Day-to-day responsibilities
You will help build the Engineering Platform, enabling developers to independently create, test, launch, manage, and monitor real-time authorization platform through self-service and continuous improvement. As part of a dedicated, domain-focused team, you will help design and deliver an internal platform that:
- Empowers development teams with seamless, self-service access to tools and technologies
- Minimizes non-development overhead and cross-team delays
- Reduces cognitive load around security, governance, and compliance
- Enables fast, independent software delivery
- Measures success through clear, observable business outcomes
Your work will directly support internal teams in innovating, building, and operating at scale, and will include participating in an on-call rotation schedule.

- AWS certification (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer track) is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
- Demonstrable AWS experience across compute, networking, storage, and security services.
- Publicly available code, writing, or projects that showcase your experience.
- Experience from developing secure and/or PCI-DSS certified solutions is considered an advantage.
