DevOps Engineer

Zudello is a well-established Australian SaaS company helping our customers to eliminate manual finance processes. Our home-grown platform automates the heavy manual work across procure-to-pay and order-to-cash, integrating with ERPs like NetSuite, MYOB, Sage Intacct and SAP.

With a growing roster of clients such as HUB24 and Storage King, we are in growth mode and scaling fast so we are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer.

The job

As our new DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for bridging software development and IT operations through automation, managing AWS and cloud infrastructure and deploy, monitor and scale our applications.

You will work closely with our product and implementation teams with our client’s requirements always at the forefront.

The daily

At Zudello, we build smart, fast, and resilient systems, and you will be the driving force behind that vision. In this role, you will use your Python and Node.js expertise to build powerful internal tools, CLI applications, and bleeding-edge microservices. You will be our champion of continuous engineering excellence by designing automated CI/CD pipelines that stream code effortlessly to production, while also being attuned to performance and cost-efficiency.

What we're looking for

• You will have a background as a developer, with at least 2-3 years in a similar DevOps Engineer role

• Expertise-level knowledge of AWS and cloud infrastructure

• Kubernetes understand and experience (especially AWS EKS)

• GitHub actions and workflows understanding and experience

• Experienced with Python and Node.js

• Want to keep getting better, including picking up new tools and workflows

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
