Role Overview

We are looking for passionate engineers to join our Kuala Lumpur team. Based on your experience and interest, you may apply for one of the following roles:

• Role 1 – DevOps Engineer – Fresh graduates welcome

• Role 2 – Full-Stack Developer (AI-Enabled Projects) – 3+ years experience

• Role 3 – Full-Stack Developer (Middle Platform / Agent Tools) – Fresh graduates welcome

• Role 4 – Data Engineer – Fresh graduates or up to 1 year experience

Key Responsibilities

Role 1 – DevOps Engineer

• Responsible for deployment, change, issue triage, and infrastructure management of overseas games and relevant components and systems, such as game monitoring systems and login services.

• Responsible for monitoring and dashboarding for game observability, ensuring the game is reliable, scalable, and secure.

• Understand game architecture, analyze, evaluate, and respond to potential risks such as hidden issues and performance bottlenecks.

• Responsible for daily communication and coordination between various teams.

Role 2 – Full-Stack Developer (AI-Enabled Projects)

• Responsible for full-stack development of PC and mobile projects; build front-end interfaces based on React and Vue frameworks; develop back-end APIs with Python, Go, or Node.js; complete database design, service deployment, and operations.

• Empower business with AI technology; develop and iterate intelligent modules such as LLM docking, intelligent interaction, AI visualization, and intelligent recommendation.

• Complete front-end and back-end data joint debugging, interface encapsulation, data verification, and exception handling; ensure system performance, data security, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Deeply participate in requirement analysis, technology selection, architecture design, code review, and technical documentation.

• Responsible for front-end engineering construction, version control, and automated build; troubleshoot online problems and complete version iterations.

Role 3 – Full-Stack Developer (Middle Platform / Agent Tools)

• Develop and maintain full-stack projects for the middle-platform team, including backend services, APIs, and frontend pages.

• Implement basic algorithm logic based on business requirements, and work with algorithm engineers to turn their solutions into production code.

• Take part in building LLM-based Agent tools, such as prompt tuning and tool-calling integration.

• Use SQL to query and process data and to build business reports.

• Communicate proactively with team members and deliver tasks on time and to a high standard.

Role 4 – Data Engineer

• Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes on large and complex transaction datasets to support business reporting, modelling, and analytical needs.

• Develop, maintain, and optimise data processing pipelines for data modelling, analysis, and business intelligence.

• Work with relational and distributed databases to extract, transform, process, and manage large volumes of data efficiently.

• Write and optimise SQL queries and data processing scripts to ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability.

• Support the development of batch and streaming data pipelines for big data processing and analytics.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, conduct analysis, and deliver effective data solutions.

• Communicate with China-based stakeholders in Mandarin to gather business requirements, clarify technical specifications, and discuss data-related issues.

Required Qualifications

For Role 1 – DevOps Engineer / Jr. SRE (Tech Ops)

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in at least one major cloud service provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, or Huawei Cloud) is a plus.

• Prior experience in cloud resource management, O&M, monitoring, cost optimization, and security configuration is a plus.

• Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as Bash, Python, and SQL.

• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.

• Excellent English communication skills, a strong ability to learn, and proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• High sense of responsibility and a collaborative teamwork spirit.

• Ability to work night shifts is preferred.

For Role 2 – Full-Stack Developer (AI-Enabled Projects)

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.

• 3+ years of development experience, with full-stack project experience and the ability to handle frontend-backend integration independently.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, ES6+, and JavaScript, with solid practical development experience in Vue and React; skilled in component encapsulation, state management, routing configuration, and front-end performance optimization.

• Capable of independent full-stack development; proficient in at least one back-end language including Python, Go, and Node.js; familiar with database design, business interface development, service deployment, and operations.

• Familiar with mainstream front-end engineering tools (Webpack, Vite, Gulp), Git version control tools, and CI/CD automated processes.

• Master HTTP protocol and browser working principles; familiar with network security and cross-terminal adaptation solutions.

• Possess practical capabilities in AI application implementation; familiar with LLM API docking and Prompt engineering; experience in RAG retrieval enhancement, intelligent dialogue, and AI automation business scenarios is preferred.

• Proficient in responsive layout and mobile terminal adaptation technology.

• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write routine data queries and build reports.

• A solid grounding in algorithms, familiarity with common data structures and algorithms, and experience with tools such as pandas and NumPy.

• Understanding of LLM application development (prompting, function calling, RAG, etc.); experience with Agent projects is a plus.

• Good architectural thinking, problem-solving ability, and teamwork spirit; able to complete daily work docking and document writing in both Chinese and English.

• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and proactive communication.

For Role 3 – Full-Stack Developer (Middle Platform / Agent Tools)

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship/project experience.

• Familiarity with at least one frontend framework and at least one backend framework, with hands-on experience in both.

• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write routine data queries and build reports.

• A solid grounding in algorithms, familiarity with common data structures and algorithms, and experience with tools such as pandas and NumPy.

• Understanding of LLM application development (prompting, function calling, RAG, etc.); experience with Agent projects is a plus.

• A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and proactive communication.

• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English for daily communication and documentation.

For Role 4 – Data Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant working experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a related field.

• Good understanding of relational databases and distributed database systems.

• Familiarity with Python or Java, SQL, HiveQL, and/or SparkSQL.

• Basic understanding of SQL query optimisation, performance tuning, and data processing best practices.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of batch and streaming data pipeline concepts.

• Business proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with China-based stakeholders who do not primarily communicate in English.
