DevOps I – 4 months Co-op/Internship

• Implement and test code changes to fix defects and enhance software products
• Troubleshoot and resolve low to moderate defects and contribute to remediation plans
• Assist in developing requirements and provide design recommendations
• Participate in project discovery phases to create high-level designs
• Install and configure hardware, software, and cloud services
• Support resolution of software/system monitoring issues and perform configuration activities
• Assist in automating deployment of solutions as code
• Join Intact’s digital, data, and technology community and contribute to transformative technology projects

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a university degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
• At least one prior internship in a similar or related role
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Interest in continuous delivery pipelines and testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning
• Excellent communication skills and passion for technology
• Self-reliance and strong sense of responsibility
• Availability to work full-time, 35 hours per week, from January 4th (January 5th for Quebec) to April 23rd
• Must be an active student during the internship and/or returning to school in Summer or Fall 2027
• Bilingual in English and French for Quebec roles
• Must be eligible to work in Canada from the anticipated start date and throughout employment
