Your missions:

• Provide hands-on technical support for financial platforms, ensuring operational continuity and rapid issue resolution.
• Respond to production incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to maintain platform stability.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Management (CSM) teams to address client needs and deliver high-quality service.
• Monitor platform performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Participate in platform upgrades, maintenance, and deployment activities.
• Document technical procedures and incident responses for knowledge sharing.
• Support integration of new features and technologies, including blockchain and crypto components.
• Liaise with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Your profile:

• Experience in DevOps or IT Operations within banking or crypto exchange environments.
• Experience with financial platforms and related technologies.
• Experience with generative AI tools.
• Academic background: IT, computer science, or related field.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You demonstrate adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
• You demonstrate a collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
