DevOps Lead

Your Role:

• CI/CD: Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate code deployment, testing, and monitoring, aiming for faster, more reliable releases.

• Containerization and Orchestration: Efficiently manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Infrastructure Automation: Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools for efficient cloud and On-Prem resource provisioning.

• Monitoring and Alerting: Configure proactive monitoring and alerting solutions to identify and resolve performance and reliability issues across environments.

• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimizing system performance and resource utilization.

• Collaboration and Documentation: Work with cross-platform teams, provide technical guidance, and document processes and procedures for knowledge sharing and best practices

Your Profile:

• Proven DevOps Engineer experience.

• Proficiency with On-Prem and cloud platforms/services. Major experience in AWS, Azure and GCP (primarily for Apigee X)

• Beyond tools, to draw a foundation for Policy as a Code, IaaC, Security, Branching and Merging strategy and more

• Strong familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

• Sound knowledge of containerization and orchestration tech (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Hands-on IaC experience (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

• Understanding of monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
