Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead with 8+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, CI/CD automation, cloud infrastructure, containerization, and Kubernetes orchestration. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in GitHub Actions, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, along with experience in code quality and artifact management tools such as SonarQube and Nexus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible.
• Build, optimize, and manage Docker images and containerized applications.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and workloads.
• Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Integrate SonarQube for static code analysis and quality gate enforcement.
• Configure and manage Nexus Repository for artifact storage and distribution.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, security scanning, and deployment automation.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure reliability.
• Lead DevOps initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams.
• Establish best practices for CI/CD, infrastructure as code, access management, and release management.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT, with strong hands-on DevOps experience.
• GitHub Actions workflow design, reusable workflows, secrets, and pipeline automation.
• Ansible – playbooks, roles, inventories, and configuration management.
• Docker – Dockerfiles, image optimization, registries, and container troubleshooting.
• Kubernetes – deployments, services, ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Helm, and troubleshooting.
• AWS – EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, EKS, CloudWatch, and related cloud services.
• SonarQube – code analysis, quality profiles, and quality gates.
• Nexus Repository – artifact publishing, repository management, and dependency management.
• Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills.
• CI/CD troubleshooting, production support, and release management.
• Team leadership, technical problem-solving, and communication skills.
