DevOps Lead – GCP Network
Summary
Lead the design and implementation of GCP-based hybrid-cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines for a banking environment, using Terraform, Jenkins, and IaC.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate DevOps Lead with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and enterprise networking. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and delivering hybrid-cloud platforms using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern DevOps practices.
This role will be instrumental in shaping cloud roadmaps, enhancing CI/CD capabilities, and ensuring resilient, secure, and scalable cloud services within an enterprise banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of hybrid-cloud platforms and automated API-driven systems using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Shape and influence GCP technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
- Design, build, and release cloud-native services in collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines using cloud-native and third-party tools.
- Manage and resolve enterprise-level network connectivity incidents and problems.
- Review and provide feedback on code changes to maintain engineering standards.
- Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with enterprise security and control requirements.
- Identify opportunities to adopt emerging technologies and cloud-based innovations.
- Ensure services are resilient, cost-optimized, scalable, and production-ready.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proven experience in DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience designing and delivering Hybrid Cloud architectures.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Experience managing enterprise networking connectivity issues.
- Experience working in regulated enterprise environments (Banking/Financial Services preferred).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Technology-agnostic mindset with strong problem-solving capability.
