DevOps
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our international team and help design, build, and operate the infrastructure behind scalable, secure, and regulated payment systems used across multiple global markets. You will work closely with engineers in Ireland and other locations worldwide, so excellent collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate effectively in a remote environment are essential.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage infrastructure as code across cloud environments (focus on GCP, but also AWS or Azure).
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Deploy and maintain containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ensure system stability and availability through automation and monitoring.
- Support secure and compliant deployments in a regulated (PCI) environment.
- Automate operational tasks via scripting (Bash, Python, Go, or Groovy).
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams on deployments.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in DevOps or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with GCP (preferred) or AWS/Azure.
- Solid CI/CD pipeline design and delivery experience.
- Production-level experience with Kubernetes, Docker.
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go, etc.).
- Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments.
- Familiarity with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in distributed teams.
Nice to Have:
- Certifications in GCP or cloud/DevOps methodologies.
- Understanding of secure deployment practices in PCI environments.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL database performance tuning.
