Collaborating with DevOps Specialists, you will set technical standards and continuously enhance operational practices. Your leadership will play a crucial role in managing enterprise tooling and driving incident response programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage build and deployment processes across all products • Define merge/branching/release standards for teams • Oversee operations of GitLab, SonarQube, and Jenkins • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members • Drive the enterprise incident response program and processes
Requirements: • 5+ years of DevOps or related experience • Experience with GitLab, SonarQube, and CI/CD practices • Strong communication and cross-team influence skills • Prior matrixed management experience preferred • College diploma or University degree in relevant fields
