As DevOps Manager you lead a hands-on, high-impact team within a fintech environment. You’ll drive automation and CI/CD across the full stack, from OS provisioning to deployment, while aligning with business stakeholders. You’ll work closely with the core app team to enable fast, reliable releases in a multi-tenant production cluster. This role blends technical leadership with people management in a fast-paced, excellence‑driven culture. You’ll shape deployment, security, and performance improvements at scale.

- Participate in daily scrums and weekly releases with the core app team
- Drive improvements in build, deployment, monitoring, security, and operating systems
- Oversee provisioning processes (Puppet, Kickstart, RPM) and OS automation
- Plan and communicate with business stakeholders on priorities and progress
- Advance continuous deployment, data centre affinity, and workload management initiatives
- Contribute technical expertise to cross-functional projects and mentoring
- At least 1 year experience managing technology teams
- Hands-on leadership capability
