As Global DevOps Lead, you’ll shape and scale our DevOps practice across a multi-market tech landscape. You will guide distributed teams, drive automation and operational excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will enable rapid, reliable delivery and transform how we work across the organization. - Define and enforce ways of working, process templates, and governance
- Develop complex dashboards, queries, and integrations to improve observability and delivery
- Promote IaC (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep) and robust CI/CD practices
- Coach teams on Datadog adoption for full-stack monitoring and alerting
- Engage with stakeholders including C-suite to communicate strategy and progress
- 12-15 years of progressive DevOps leadership experience in complex enterprise environments
- Proven success in establishing DevOps operating models and driving organizational transformation
- Executive-level communication skills and ability to influence across a matrix organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing demands with strategic focus
