DevOps Manager- Kolkata

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance and educate Development teams on CI/CD, Automation toolsets and

processes.

• Help build and scale containerized apps by implementing cloud native architecture
• Design and build robust CICD processes for deployments
• Working with developers and testers and manage deployments on various cloud servers
• Driving prototyping efforts to evaluate multiple design options and develop recommendations.
• Help develop a platform interface to other systems.
• Enhance existing Tool Chain through internal development and investigation of third party

software.

• Working with product managers to translate the use case requirements into functional and

performance requirements for the platform.

• Research open source technologies to help us solve automation problems.

Desired Skills:

• Engineering degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related field with 4+ years of experience
• Experience with Containerization & Container Orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes
• Should be well versed with the DevOps culture
• Strong experience with CI/CD, including implementing and maintaining production systems
• Strong experience in managing different git branches
• Experience with Linux Operating System.
• Cloud Technologies - AWS
• Candidate should have strong communication skills, able to work independently
