DevOps Manager

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to lead and manage our DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Network Security operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in designing, implementing, securing, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure, preferably within the FinTech, NBFC, or Payments domain. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring infrastructure reliability, security, scalability, automation, and operational efficiency while supporting business-critical financial applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and manage scalable, highly available, and secure cloud infrastructure.
• Lead DevOps and infrastructure operations, ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including compute, storage, networking, and security services.
• Drive network security initiatives, including VPC/VNet architecture, firewalls, VPNs, WAF, load balancers, access controls, and network segmentation.
• Implement infrastructure security best practices, IAM policies, encryption, secrets management, and vulnerability management.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management processes.
• Drive containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure infrastructure compliance, disaster recovery, backup strategies, and business continuity.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to support reliable application deployments.
• Lead infrastructure optimisation initiatives, including cloud cost management and performance tuning.
• Mentor team members and establish DevOps standards, processes, and best practices.

The core requirements for the job include the following:

Cloud Infrastructure:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, compute, and high-availability environments.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, scalability, and disaster recovery.

Network Security:

• Strong understanding of network architecture and security.
• Experience with VPC/VNet, firewalls, VPN, WAF, load balancers, DNS, routing, and network segmentation.
• Knowledge of IAM, access management, encryption, and security controls.

DevOps and Automation:

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with scripting using Python, Bash, or Shell.

Monitoring and Reliability:

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or CloudWatch.
• Knowledge of incident management, root cause analysis, high availability, and disaster recovery.
