Job Description
- Melakukan cleaning dan tuning database yang dianggap perlu untuk membuat kinerja database semakin baik.
- Meminimalisasi downtime operasional yang terkait dengan database dan server OS melalui pemeriksaan rutin.
- Menyelesaikan permasalahan teknis pada database dan aplikasi ERP dan non-ERP sisi server engine.
- Mengoptimalkan sistem database agar lebih efisien, mudah dipantau, dan didukung oleh perangkat lunak yang sesuai.
- Melakukan deployment objek aplikasi, OS, dan patch dari Product Owner setelah disetujui oleh IT Support Manager.
- Melakukan monitoring proses dan integrasi dalam modul serta antar modul ERP maupun non ERP sesuai area tugasnya.
- Memilih dan melakukan deploy CI/CD tools yang akan digunakan dan relevan untuk
proses bisnis perusahaan
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1, diutamakan jurusan Ilmu Komputer, Teknik Informatika, atau bidang lain yang terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang DevOps, SME/Application Designer
- Memiliki pengetahuan dibidang DevOps dan bahasa pemograman, seperti
Ruby, Phyton, Pearl, Java - Memiliki pemahaman tentang infrastruktur IT, termasuk databases dan SQL
- Mampu berpikir analitis dan sistematis
- Memiliki ketelitian yang tinggi
