About the role

As a DevOps & Platform Engineer you will own the infrastructure that our client platforms run on, making sure every system we deliver is secure, observable, and ready for production from day one.

You will work across multiple client environments, bringing consistency and good practice to how software is built, deployed, and operated.

What you'll do

  • Design and manage cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that make releases fast, safe, and repeatable.
  • Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging so issues are found before users notice them.
  • Lead on security, access control, and cost optimisation across client environments.
  • Support engineering teams with incident response and reliability improvements.

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, platform, or site reliability engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including networking, IAM, and managed services.
  • Experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure as code tools.
  • Experience with containers, Docker, and orchestration platforms such as ECS or Kubernetes.
  • A pragmatic approach to automation, documentation, and operational ownership.

Nice to have

  • Experience with FinOps and cloud cost management.
  • Familiarity with observability tooling such as Datadog, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
  • Experience supporting data or ML workloads in production.
