What are we looking for?
A cloud-fluent DevOps Engineer who loves architecting seamless, scalable systems. At Quicko, you'll keep our infrastructure running strong and steady. You're comfortable working with AWS, Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes, and you like making software delivery smoother through smart automation. If solving complex infrastructure puzzles and keeping platforms stable and efficient sounds like your kind of challenge, you'll fit right in on our engineering team.
What will you be doing?
Design, build, and maintain a highly secure infrastructure that guarantees the integrity and protection of our data systems.
Proactively monitor system health and metrics to resolve production issues rapidly.
Collaborate with engineering team directly to embed automated security checks across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Run security awareness initiatives and help teams across the company build strong security practices
Automate deployment processes by building and managing Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.
Manage security compliance workflows, focusing on ISO 27001 certification and vendor risk assessments.
Requirements
Proven experience navigating cloud platforms, with a strong preference for AWS (EC2, VPC/networking,Control Tower EKS, RDS, Lambda,etc)
Strong command of Python and Bash for scripting and task automation.
Build and maintain robust deployment pipelines, with a strong preference for Jenkins (GitHub Actions or equivalent is acceptable).
Strong debugging skills across networking, containers, and databases.
Infrastructure as Code: Able to use Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
Experience in working with essential tools—specifically Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Grafana etc.
Remain highly productive and focused amid rapidly evolving priorities and dynamic environment changes.
Experience using AI tools like Github (Copilot) or Claude to flag system inefficiencies.
