Devops Senior Staff

We are looking for a Senior Staff DevOps Engineer to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.

Strong knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.

Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, reverse proxy, load balancing, and firewall.

Hands-on experience with Docker/container technologies.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.

Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform/OpenTofu and Ansible.

Familiar with monitoring, logging, and observability.

Basic operational knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL.

Strong scripting skills using Bash; Python or Go is a plus.

Experience handling production incidents and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Good understanding of infrastructure security, backup, recovery, and high availability.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Act as technical PIC for infrastructure or platform products.

Handle troubleshoot complex production issues systematically.

Handle design reliable and maintainable infrastructure solutions.

Handle evaluate technical trade-offs involving performance, reliability, cost, and complexity.

Create technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.

Handle automate repetitive operational tasks.

Handle as mentor junior/mid-level engineers.

Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, Network, and other IT teams.
