Key Responsibilities:
Containerization & Orchestration:
Design and deploy containerization infrastructures using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift. Cluster Management:
Manage and optimize Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters for performance, availability, and security. CI/CD Pipelines:
Design, maintain, and optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools. Automation & Scripting:
Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployment, infrastructure management, and operational tasks. Container Governance & Security:
Establish policies for container security, vulnerability management, and compliance. Technical Support & Training:
Provide technical support, documentation, and training for development and operations teams. DevOps Strategy & Process Improvement:
Develop DevOps strategies aligned with platform goals and continuously improve development, deployment, and operational processes. Collaboration & Communication:
Facilitate smooth communication between cross-functional teams to eliminate silos and drive effective collaboration. Team Development:
Support team autonomy and proactivity through skill development and mentoring.
