DevOps Specialist / Cloud Engineer (GCP)

Salary range: 12800-20600 PLN gross
Hybrid work mode from one of our locations — 2 days per week on-site (Łódź, Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, or Wrocław).
However, we’re also open to candidates based outside these locations who prefer to work remotely.
What will you do?
You will join a DevOps product team responsible for building, maintaining and improving cloud-based solutions on Google Cloud Platform. The role combines development and operations responsibilities.
Your tasks:
- Implementing and managing service networking using HashiCorp Consul for service discovery, service registration, and service mesh.
- Developing platform components and integrations using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration through Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Jenkins, enabling automated testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Managing containerized workloads on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Google Compute Engine (GCE), and OpenShift clusters.
- Implementing platform observability using Prometheus and Grafana for metrics collection, monitoring, alerting, and visualization.
- Supporting API management and traffic routing across distributed microservices.
- Collaborating with development and operations teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of experience in a DevOps role
- Basic expereirnce as a Java Developer
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GKE, GCE)
- Experience with Terraform, Jenkins, Kubernetes
- Experience in working with microservices archtecture
