DevOps / SysOps Engineer – Remote (Netherlands + Germany)
Ezwim, a Netherlands-based company within the global Harris Computer family and Constellation Software group, is seeking a proactive DevOps / SysOps Engineer to operate, secure, and continuously improve our cloud infrastructure.
Location: Remote (Netherlands + Germany)

Responsibilities
- Cloud Infrastructure & Operations
- Manage cloud infrastructure, networking, DNS, certificates, VPN, and security controls.
- Ensure platform reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Platform Engineering & Automation
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and deployment processes.
- Support application deployments and platform integrations.
- Administer and secure Linux-based environments (Oracle Linux and Ubuntu).
- Monitoring & Reliability
- Maintain observability, alerting, and operational dashboards.
- Improve incident response, root‑cause analysis, and operational excellence.
- AIOps & Innovation
- Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted tooling where it delivers measurable value.
- Help drive the evolution from traditional DevOps towards intelligent operations.
Qualifications
- Hands‑on DevOps, SysOps, or Cloud Operations background.
- Linux administration – Oracle Linux and/or Ubuntu.
- OCI or comparable hyperscaler experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform and/or Ansible.
- CI/CD with Jenkins and GitLab; Kubernetes cluster operations.
- Networking fundamentals: DNS, TLS/PKI, VPN, load balancing.
- AI & AIOps orientation – key differentiator.
- Genuine curiosity about how AI is reshaping infrastructure.
- Familiar with AIOps, MLOps, or AI‑in‑DevOps trends.
- Comfortable working with AI coding assistants and evaluating their output critically.
- Self‑starter, analytical, and a strong troubleshooter.
- Clear communicator – technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; collaborative and knowledge‑sharing by nature.
- Fluent in English (Russian and Dutch are a plus).
