DevOps Team Lead

We are looking for a DevOps Team Lead to join our fantastic team and help build our next-generation cloud-native platform at scale.

Responsibilities



• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented DevOps Engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration.
• Architect and scale our SaaS platform across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure & GCP).
• Drive best practices and processes for automation, reliability, and performance across the R&D organization.
• Take ownership of production-grade systems: monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure availability and scalability at petabyte-scale.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to support fast, reliable delivery pipelines and deployment processes.
• Guide the team in developing architectural POCs and shaping technical direction.
• Champion Infrastructure as Code and automation-first approaches (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Oversee observability, monitoring, and incident response processes.
• Promote knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and hands-on problem solving.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure in production (AWS / GCP / Azure) – Must.

Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems – Must.

Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes (or other orchestrators) – Must.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) – Must.

AI-first engineering mindset, with hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automation, troubleshooting, and day-to-day engineering workflows – Must.

Proven track record leading and mentoring engineers in fast-paced environments

Strong expertise with CI/CD pipelines and release processes.

Knowledge of monitoring & logging solutions and operating at scale in production.

Strong networking fundamentals (Load Balancing, Protocols).

Multi DB expertise (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) – Advantage.

Experience with NodeJS or other backend technologies – Advantage.
