Summary
Leads a cross-location DevOps team building the internal development platform for a Java/Spring Boot environment at a global payments company — owning Jenkins build pipelines, GitLab CI/CD, containers/Kubernetes, IaC on cloud, and observability — while line-managing and developing senior engineers.
In this role you will lead a cross-location DevOps team to advance CI/CD modernization and improve infrastructure reliability within a Java/Springboot development environment. You will combine people management with hands-on expertise to architect build systems, pipelines, and tooling, enabling faster, secure software delivery. You’ll collaborate with leadership to execute roadmaps and drive platform adoption across the department. This position offers a chance to shape a scalable, observable development platform in a global payments context.
