DevOps Trainer

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate DevOps Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices and methodologies, with a focus on the software development life cycle (SDLC). As a DevOps Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that equip participants with the necessary skills to excel in DevOps roles. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on DevOps concepts, tools, and practices, including but not limited to Git, deployment strategies, and cloud computing. - Facilitate hands-on workshops and practical sessions to enhance learning outcomes. - Assess the training needs of participants and tailor content accordingly to ensure effective knowledge transfer. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the DevOps space to provide relevant and current training. - Provide support and mentorship to trainees, helping them to apply their learning in real-world scenarios. - Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to continuously improve training materials and methodologies. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and DevOps principles. - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript. - Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. - Familiarity with deployment processes and cloud computing platforms. - Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in regional languages such as Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada is a plus. - Ability to engage and motivate learners, fostering a positive learning environment.
