Salary: $4,500 – $6,400 per month

Location (Nearest MRT): Central Area
Basic Salary: Up to $6,400 (Depending on Highest Qualification & Relevant Experience)
Duration of Work: 1 Year Direct Contract, Renewable
Work Days: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Responsibilities:
Manage and support digital service platforms, ensuring customers can successfully subscribe, activate and access services without issues.
Coordinate system integrations and testing between different applications to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, working closely with internal teams and technology partners.
Support application releases, deployments and change activities across web, mobile and connected device platforms.
Drive operational improvements through automation, process optimisation and collaboration with Product, Engineering and IT teams.
Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or its equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant experience in systems integration, application delivery, DevOps, cloud engineering or production support for large-scale digital services.
