Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on DevSecOps Consultant to embed security into our software delivery lifecycle and runtime environments. You will build and secure CI/CD pipelines, harden container and on-prem platforms, manage vulnerabilities, and help secure emerging AI/LLM-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with automated security checks.
• Implement security controls across development pipelines and runtime environments.
• Perform vulnerability assessment, hardening, and remediation across applications, containers, and infrastructure.
• Set up and maintain logging and monitoring for pipelines and runtime platforms.
• Apply security-by-design principles and promote secure software development practices.
• Support the secure adoption of AI/LLM technologies, including guardrails and evaluation tooling.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in DevSecOps, software engineering, cloud/platform engineering, or cybersecurity engineering.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, containerisation, and automation.
• Strong understanding of secure software development, application security, vulnerability management, and security-by-design.
• Experience with on-prem environments and container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes, and with modern DevSecOps toolchains.
• Experience implementing security controls, vulnerability assessment, hardening, remediation, and logging and monitoring across pipelines and runtime environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies, AI security risks, AI evaluation tooling, or guardrails.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS/Azure Security, CKA, CKS, GIAC, or CREST.
