DevSecOps Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and container deployments.

• Integrate security controls and automated checks across the software delivery lifecycle.

• Support deployments across cloud, Kubernetes, and OpenShift environments.

• Manage source control, build automation, artifact repositories, and deployment automation.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code and configuration automation where applicable.

• Integrate vulnerability scanning, code quality, secrets management, and container security tools.

• Support application teams in resolving pipeline, deployment, and environment issues.

• Monitor DevOps platform availability, performance, and deployment health.

• Work closely with development, security, cloud, and Kubernetes teams.

Requirements

• Years of Experience: 3 to 6 years in Software Development, Infrastructure/DevOps, or Cybersecurity.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Professional Certifications.

  • AWS Certified Security – Specialty or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate.

  • Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS).

  • General security credentials such as CompTIA Security+ or CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker).

Preferred Certifications

• Relevant Cloud DevOps certification such as Azure DevOps Engineer or AWS DevOps Engineer.

• And/or Kubernetes application certification, such as CKAD.
