What we want?

• Performs day to day administration of the Security Incident Response solution
• Interacts with stakeholders to understand high level goals and requirements
• Creates, updates and retires entries in the Service Catalog, or co-ordinates the activities of other Service Catalog administrators
• Creates, updates and retires the parsing of email as inbound actions
• Creates and updates workflows and related features to support the change needs of Security Incident Response processes
• Maintains the integrity of the ServiceNow solution across production and non-production environments
• Assists in troubleshooting patch/release management issues
• Performs day to day administration of the Vulnerability Response solution
• Interacts with stakeholders to understand high level goals and requirements
• Creates, updates and retires integrations with vulnerability scanners
• Creates, updates and retires library entries
• Creates and updates workflows and related features to support the changing needs of Vulnerability Response processes
• Maintains the integrity of the ServiceNow solution across production and non-production environments
• Assists in troubleshooting patch and release management issues
• Some experience in Unix Platform, SIEM, Vulnerability Assessment, Patch, Hardening, Penetration test
• IT with technical knowledge in various operating systems, databases, middleware and networks, Threat Intelligence, Security awareness, application security, and data protection
• Some knowledge in Vulnerability Management, Cyber Threat Protection, Data Protection and Data Security, International Security frameworks, Standards, and Guidelines e.g.OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK etc.
