DevSecOps Engineer (PAM & Identity Security)
Salary: ₱100,000 – ₱130,000 per month
Work Setup: Hybrid 2x RTO / Mid Shift

About the RoleWe are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to support and manage our Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Secrets Management platforms across IT and OT environments. You will help ensure secure access for users, applications, service accounts, APIs, and devices while supporting day-to-day operations, automation, and security initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support PAM and secrets management solutions.
Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve access and identity-related issues.
Support the integration of secrets management into CI/CD pipelines.
Manage the lifecycle of service accounts, APIs, applications, and other non-human identities.
Work closely with IT, Security, Development, and OT teams.
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and compliance reports.
Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes.
5+ years of relevant IT, cybersecurity, or engineering experience.
Experience with PAM platforms such as CyberArk, Delinea, HashiCorp Vault, BeyondTrust, Akeyless, or Infisical.
Experience managing secrets and non-human identities.
Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and/or Python.
Knowledge of Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID, access control, and security best practices.
Experience working in DevSecOps or CI/CD environments.
Experience supporting PAM solutions in OT environments.
Knowledge of IEC 62443 or industrial cybersecurity.
Experience with containers, APIs, IoT devices, and machine identities.
Experience supporting global teams and compliance audits.
Work with a global cybersecurity team.
