DevSecOps Engineer
Job Summary
The DevSecOps Engineer designs, builds, and maintains secure CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks while integrating cybersecurity controls throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code solutions.
- Integrate security testing into development workflows.
- Support containerized and cloud-native environments.
- Automate deployment and configuration management processes.
- Monitor system performance and security posture.
- Support continuous compliance initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Experience with GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
- Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of SAST, DAST, and vulnerability management tools.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
Desired Skills/Experience
- Cloud platform certifications.
- Experience with security automation.
- Knowledge of PAM and IAM integrations.
- Experience in regulated environments.
Minimum Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of DevSecOps or cloud engineering experience.
Job Stipulations
- Availability for production deployment support as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
Recommended Clearance Language
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret or higher security clearance.
- Must comply with all customer background investigation requirements.
