Right now, we are looking for a DevSecOps for a client on our Talent Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, integrate and manage security platforms, including SIEM, SOAR and EDR solutions.
  
• Work closely with SOC teams to identify operational and technological requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  
• Integrate new log sources and ensure data quality, normalization and retention.
  
• Develop automations, integrations and scripts using REST APIs, HTTP services and webhooks.
  
• Explore and implement automation initiatives using AI, LLMs, autonomous agents and MCP technologies.
  
• Deploy and manage workloads in Linux, Docker and Kubernetes environments.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional cybersecurity teams.
  
• Participate in the evaluation, architecture and implementation of new security technologies.
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SOC processes and cybersecurity capabilities.
  

You must have:

• 2+ years of experience in Security Engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE, Platform Engineering or similar roles.
  
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• Strong experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.
  
• Knowledge of IP networking (CCNA level or equivalent).
  
• Python development skills and experience integrating systems through REST APIs.
  
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Understanding of SOC operations and/or experience with SIEM, SOAR and EDR platforms.
  
• Experience with log management, ingestion and analysis.
  
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
  
• Ability to understand business and operational requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Strong autonomy, proactivity, critical thinking and teamwork skills.
  

We Value:

• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Helm and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Experience working in cloud environments, particularly Google Cloud Platform.
  
• Knowledge of network traffic analysis.
  
• Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript and HTML.
  
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, Redis or similar.
  
• Interest or practical experience in applying AI/LLMs, autonomous agents or MCP frameworks for process automation.
