- 5+ years of software engineering experience with focus on developer tooling, platform engineering, or internal-facing/DevX systems
- Proven ability to build internal tools making AI capabilities accessible to engineers with judgment on build vs. buy and standardization vs. experimentation
- Natural collaboration skills with engineers to understand pain points and co-create adopted solutions
- Strong full-stack TypeScript proficiency
- Deep familiarity with API design and integration including RESTful services and MCP
- Comfort working across a modern engineering tech stack
- Production experience with AWS
- Experience with CI/CD using Github Actions or similar tools
- Genuine understanding of AI safety and security especially around code execution and internal system access
- Experience or strong interest in developer experience fundamentals including reducing friction, measuring productivity, and treating internal tooling like a product
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
