DFT Engineer Architect Manager Senior Manager
Summary
Lead DFT architecture and implementation for AI ASIC/SoC designs, including scan, BIST, ATPG, and post-silicon debug, while mentoring engineers and improving test flows.
You will lead Design-for-Test architecture, methodology, implementation, verification, and sign-off for complex ASIC and SoC designs. You will drive test planning, pattern generation, coverage closure, memory and logic BIST strategies, silicon bring-up, yield analysis, and production test support. You will also improve DFT flows and automation, resolve implementation issues, and mentor engineers.
