Position Title: DharmikManager — South India Company: DharmikVibes (DIVVIB Lifestyle Pvt Ltd) Employment Type: Full-Time, Freelance Consultant Location: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka (Choose your base; 40–50% travel within region) Reporting To: VP Operations / Head of Regional Expansion Compensation: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month Joining Timeline: Immediate to 30 days

THE ROLE: DharmikManager — South India
You will be the on-ground champion, architect, and operations leader for DharmikVibes across South India's most sacred pilgrimage region.
Your core mission:
Build unshakeable temple partnerships (Puri, Tirupati, Khandoba temples, Odisha shrines, and beyond) Design and execute multi-state yatra circuits with devotee-first excellence Grow a curated DharmikGuide network (priests, pandits, guides, local coordinators) Serve as the devotee lifeline: on-ground point of contact for all South India yatras Scale operations across 5 states with high autonomy and minimal supervision
This is high-autonomy, high-impact, relationship-driven work. You'll spend time on temple grounds, in coordination meetings with temple authorities, vetting pandits, testing yatra logistics, and ensuring devotees have transcendent experiences.
You'll report directly to VP Operations and have direct access to founders. You're not an order-taker—you're a strategic partner in expanding DharmikVibes' footprint across India's spiritual heartland.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- South India Devotee Yatra & Darshan Operations (30% of time)
Day-to-Day:
Receive devotee yatra requests; help plan itineraries, match with guides, coordinate logistics Coordinate darshan bookings and VIP darshan access at partner temples Manage seva coordination (puja, abhisheka, archana, aarti timings) Handle prasad distribution and special offerings Serve as the on-ground contact during active yatras: respond to last-minute changes, comfort issues, escalations
Success Metrics:
Zero "critical" devotee escalations per 25 yatras Average devotee NPS (post-yatra) ≥ 8.5/10 On-time darshan booking fulfillment rate ≥ 98% Devotee communication response time ≤ 2 hours

Devotee messages: "Can we get VIP darshan at Tirupati for our 7-day South tour?" → You coordinate with temple, confirm timing, arrange transport, confirm with devotee Festival window (Brahmotsavam): You're on-ground in Tirupati, coordinating 8–10 concurrent yatras, managing devotee logistics, handling unexpected temple closures Darshan coordination: Track temple schedules, seasonal closures, seva availability; proactively alert devotees to changes
- Temple Network Building & On-Ground Partnerships (25% of time)
Day-to-Day:
Identify new temples/pilgrimage destinations and assess partnership potential Approach temple authorities, trustees, and seva desks with DharmikVibes partnership proposal Negotiate darshan access, VIP slots, seva availability, and revenue-share terms Onboard temples for live darshan listings, sankalp coordination, and chadava services Build relationships with temple coordinators, local managers, and seva desk heads Document partnerships and maintain temple contact database

- DharmikGuide Network Development (20% of time)
Day-to-Day:
Source priests, pandits, astrologers, tour guides, and local service providers Conduct vetting interviews: assess knowledge depth, language capability (English + local), temperament, and pricing Onboard approved guides onto DharmikGuide platform (with credentials, availability, languages) Build region-specific guide lists for each circuit/temple Maintain guide quality through feedback loops and periodic re-vetting
Vetting Criteria:
Authentic credentials (temple affiliation, years of practice, local community reputation) Knowledge: Temple history, rituals, scriptures, seasonal significance Language: Fluent local language + English preferred Temperament: Patient, respectful, non-commercial, devotee-centric Pricing: Fair market rates (typically ₹500–₹1.5K per session for pandits/priests, ₹300–₹800/day for guides)

30–40 active guides onboarded by Month 6 70–100 guides by Month 12 Guide satisfaction (re-booking rate) ≥ 60% per guide Guide NPS (devotee feedback) ≥ 8.5/10 Zero guides with complaints > 2 substantiated issues

Day-to-Day:
Design multi-state temple circuits (2–3 state combinations): itineraries, transport, stays, seva schedules Build local vendor networks: transport partners (buses, cars), hotel/dharamshala coordinators, food vendors, local fixers Negotiate pricing with vendors; document rates and service levels Test circuits personally (at least 2–3 full circuits per circuit design) Iterate based on devotee feedback and seasonal changes

Provide on-ground logistics during high-demand festival windows (Sawan, Navratri, Diwali, Kartik) Regional festivals:Brahmotsavam (Tirupati), local temple festivals Handle real-time problem-solving: transport breakdowns, hotel issues, guide cancellations, weather disruptions Assist central team with any urgent devotee-facing operational needs
