Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist

About the Position: This position is located within Tripler Army Medical Center in the Department of Radiology, Honolulu, HI. Tripler Army Medical Center is a tobacco-free workplace. Performs magnetic resonance imaging of heads, spines, extremities, and bodies.

Position patient and produces necessary images for the requested examination.

Assist in the triage of scheduling patients.

Confer with the radiologist to establish the requirements for non-standard examinations.

Advise radiologist of results or examinations.

Administer emergency medicinal injections under the direction of the physician in charge.

Perform preventative maintenance as required.

Maintain permanent records of scans on optical disks and film library.
