Dialysis Technician
- Machine Prep: Assemble, test, and sterilize dialysis machines and water systems before use.
- Patient Care: Check and record patient vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature) before, during, and after treatment.
- Monitoring: Watch patients closely for adverse reactions or complications during the dialysis process.
- Safety & Hygiene: Follow strict infection control, sanitation, and biomedical waste disposal rules.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate treatment logs and update patient medical charts
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) or CPR certification preferred.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, empathy, and patience.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long shifts and assist with patient movement.
