Job Overview：

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Test Engineer to join our team. This role is unique in its breadth, requiring the validation of automotive systems, iOS/Android mobile applications, and B2C web platforms. A core component of this position is Real-Vehicle Testing, where you will validate software performance in a live driving environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong logical mindset to troubleshoot complex system interactions and a meticulous eye for detail to ensure the highest standards of safety and transaction integrity.

Key Responsibilities：

1. Real-Vehicle Testing & Validation: Conduct hands-on testing within actual vehicles to verify the performance of infotainment, navigation, and vehicle control systems under real-world driving conditions.

2. Hardware-Software Interaction: Analyze and validate the intricate communication and stability between mobile applications (iOS/Android) and vehicle hardware (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Digital Key interactions).

3. Payment & B2C Web Testing: Perform rigorous manual testing for B2C web platforms and mobile apps, specifically focusing on payment gateway integration and financial transaction flows to ensure data security.

4. Logical Issue Analysis: Independently perform root-cause analysis of software defects. You must be able to logically deconstruct complex bugs and provide clear, actionable reports to the development and engineering teams.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a proactive liaison between different departments. Work closely with hardware engineers, software developers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and issue resolution.

6. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all systems align with automotive industry standards such as ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity).

7. Test Documentation: Develop and maintain structured test plans and cases that cover edge cases, safety-critical scenarios, and user journey flows.

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in manual software testing, with a focus on Automotive, Mobile App (iOS/Android), or B2C Web platforms.

3. Exceptional Logical Reasoning: Ability to anticipate system failures and design test scenarios that challenge the robustness of the software.

4. Meticulous Attention to Detail: A disciplined approach to detecting subtle bugs and maintaining precise documentation during high-pressure testing cycles.

5. Professional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various internal and external units.

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have):

1. Driving License: A valid driver’s license and comfortable driving for the purpose of executing real-vehicle test scenarios.

2. Fintech/Payment Experience: Prior experience testing e-commerce payment systems or financial transaction logic.

3. Mobile App & Hardware Connectivity: Familiarity with testing App-to-Hardware interactions (e.g., IoT or Telematics).

4. Automotive Standards: Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262, or Cybersecurity protocols.
