Summary
Manages cost-reduction projects for Bosch’s electric compressor platform, coordinating cross-functional teams to lower design, manufacturing, and logistics costs while ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Project management focus on
- Work with product manager to analysis product cost target and approach cross functions to dig cost-down measures from design, manufactory, supplier chain and logistics.
- Systematic tracking for DtC measures development, make cost-down project plan, organize necessary resources to ensure measure on-time/on-cost/on-quality SOP.
- Cost-down measures payback calculation and define strategy for measure launching.
- Work with customer team to ensure measures launching to customer project base on strategy.
- Cost analysis for different variants product to ensure reasonable cost for every cost portion.
- Global project quotation calculation, ensure global team with reasonable cost for global project.
- Global management level reporting for DtC measure development status and plan.
- Other task link to product cost-down.
Bachelor degree, major in project management or engineering related domains
>= 3 years’ project management experience in project development for automotive products
Experience in mechanics and assemble manufactory
- Systematic thinking

- Good communication and presentation skills
