電子系統整合工程師 Electronics Systems Integration Engineer
Description
Gizmospring is an integrated product innovation, development, and manufacturing company founded in 2011.
For more than 15 years, we have helped entrepreneurs, startups, and global brands turn ideas into commercially viable physical products—from concept and industrial design through engineering, prototyping, manufacturing, and commercialization.
Our experience spans consumer electronics, health & beauty, wellness, personal care, small appliances, and other technically differentiated consumer products.
As we evolve beyond the traditional ODM model into a high-value Product Realization partner, we're strengthening our capabilities across electronics, firmware, embedded systems, sensors, connected devices, AI-enabled hardware, and systems integration.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a hands-on Electronics Systems Integration Engineer who can take ownership of the electronic side of physical product development.
This is not a project management or people-management position. We want someone who still enjoys building things.
You should be comfortable working across:
System Architecture → Component Selection → Schematics → PCBA → Firmware → Prototype → Debugging → Validation → Mass Production
Think of this as a "full-stack" engineering role for physical electronic products.
What You'll Do
Electronics & Hardware
Develop electronic system architectures and select MCUs, sensors, wireless modules, power components, batteries, motors, etc.
Design/review schematics and PCB/PCBA designs
Perform board bring-up, testing, debugging, and validation
Troubleshoot electronics issues from prototype through mass production
Work directly with PCBA vendors, suppliers, and manufacturing partners
Embedded Firmware & Integration
Develop and/or debug embedded firmware and MCU-based systems
Integrate sensors, motors, displays, batteries, and communication modules
Work with interfaces/protocols such as I²C, SPI, UART, USB, BLE, and Wi-Fi
Diagnose hardware/firmware integration issues
Collaborate closely with Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, PM, Manufacturing, and external engineering partners
Product Development & Manufacturing
Support products through prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production
Identify technical risks early and support DFM/production readiness
Troubleshoot failures using appropriate engineering tools and methodology
Work with factories and suppliers to resolve production issues
What We're Looking For

- Hands-on schematic and PCBA development experience
- Experience with MCU-based embedded systems
- Ability to develop, review, or meaningfully debug embedded firmware
- Experience with board bring-up and electronics debugging
- Comfortable using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and related lab equipment
- Experience developing physical products from prototype toward mass production
- Understanding of hardware/firmware integration
- Ability to work effectively with Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design
- Experience working with PCBA vendors, suppliers, or manufacturing partners
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- Chinese and English communication skills for supplier and customer interactions
Strongly Preferred
Experience with some of the following:
- BLE / Wi-Fi / IoT
- Sensors and sensing systems
- Motor control
- Battery-powered products
- Power management / charging systems
- USB-C
- Embedded Linux or RTOS
- OTA firmware
- Consumer electronics
- Medical / wellness devices
- Robotics
- Smart home products
- Audio / wearable devices
- Edge AI or AI-enabled hardware
- EVT / DVT / PVT
- Regulatory and certification testing
You do not need to be an expert in everything listed above.
We care much more about whether you can learn, integrate technologies, and solve problems.
