Die Cutting Operator 3rd Shift
Summary
Operates and maintains die-cutting machinery in a manufacturing setting, performing setup, adjustments, and quality checks to produce printed materials while ensuring safety and team collaboration.
• Performs setup and make-ready on the machine
• Accurately places dies into position
• Adjusts pressure of machine
• Adjusts the machine feeding and delivery sections
• Performs maintenance on equipment
• Assures proper registration of product coming off press
• Loads product into feed section of press
• Keeps management informed of safety, quality, and productivity issues
• Follows instructions from job ticket and completes proper paperwork
• Instructs and trains others
• Communicates well within a team environment encompassing all shifts
• Required to perform other duties as directed, assigned or requested
