What You'll Do
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel engines, including DD15 and D13 engines
- Perform brake repairs and replacements
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Repair and replace differentials and other mechanical components
- Perform safety checks and DOT inspections
- Repair and maintain trailers
- Perform tire and fender repairs
- Identify mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Requirements
- At least 1 year of diesel engine/mechanical experience
- Valid Class C driver's license required
- Class A CDL is a plus
- ASE or other mechanic certifications preferred, but not required
- Must have your own basic hand tools; specialty tools are provided
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to safety
