Diesel Mechanic-Working Foreman 1st shift

• Hourly Rate: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
• Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
• The primary responsibility for this role will be to supervise other technicians and make repair decisions.
• Service support will include Scheduling PM’s, responding to customer needs in timely manner, maintain customer service expectations as set forth through Aim.
• We are looking for a team player for this job that is able to lead a team and have a “can-do” attitude.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the trucking industry, management or related field
• CDL -A Preferred
• Excellent communication skills, accountability, customer oriented, problem solving and teamwork
• Computer skills needed to succeed in this role
