What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of automotive diesel technician experience
  • Strong diesel diagnostic and repair skills
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment testing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ford dealership experience
  • Ford certifications
  • Advanced diesel diagnostics experience

What You'll Do

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel-powered vehicles
  • Identify and resolve engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC concerns
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and specialized service tools
  • Complete repairs efficiently and according to manufacturer standards
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair recommendations and timelines
  • Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
  • Participate in ongoing factory and dealership training programs
  • Document repairs accurately and thoroughly
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
