What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of automotive diesel technician experience
- Strong diesel diagnostic and repair skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment testing
Preferred Qualifications
- Ford dealership experience
- Ford certifications
- Advanced diesel diagnostics experience
What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel-powered vehicles
- Identify and resolve engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC concerns
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and specialized service tools
- Complete repairs efficiently and according to manufacturer standards
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair recommendations and timelines
- Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Participate in ongoing factory and dealership training programs
- Document repairs accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
