Transport Refrigeration Services is hiring experienced Diesel Mechanics and Trailer Technicians to maintain commercial trucks, trailers, and refrigerated equipment. Enjoy 3- or 4-day workweeks, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
Available Shifts
Sunday–Wednesday
- 3:00 AM – 1:30 PM*
- 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM*
Thursday–Saturday
- 4:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM*
*Earn an additional $2.00/hour for overnight shifts and the 3:00 AM start.

What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on trucks, trailers, reefers, and APUs
- Complete brake, suspension, and DOT/FHWA inspections
- Diagnose electrical and ABS brake systems
- Perform tire service and trailer repairs
- Troubleshoot APUs and complete road service calls
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop
- Operate forklifts, hoists, and shop equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of diesel, trailer, or transport refrigeration experience
- DOT inspection and air brake experience required
- Valid driver's license
- Own or obtain a toolbox and required tools
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
