Dietary Aide (55498)

REPORTING: The Dietary Aide reports to the Dietary Services Supervisor.

JOB DUTIES:

1. Operates pot sink, dishwashing machine and follows sanitation procedure.

2. Washes and scours large pots, pans.

3. Completes AM/PM nourishment’s.

4. Assist tray line.

5. Prepares substitutes for residents when needed.

6. Take out trash, mop floors and clean working areas.

7. Labeling and dating all opened products.

8. Proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
